Quizlet

Quizlet is a tool that lets you create flash cards. It is a good tool for students that are trying to study for class.

According to Quizlet - "Quizlet is the largest flash cards and study games website with over 11 million free sets of flashcards covering every possible subject. It's the best place to play educational games, memorize vocabulary and study online".

To get started with Quizlet click on make Flashcards on the home page (it is the one in green).

Add a title, description, and subject. To create the flash cards go to the bottom and choose a language from the drop down list and then create at least two cards. Once your done creating the flash cards click on continue at the bottom of the page.

The next step is to create an account with Quizlet by providing a username, password, your email, and date of birth.

On the next screen if you don't wish to pay for the plus service just click continue to Free Quizlet at the bottom of the screen.

You will receive a confirmation email that you need to click on the link that was included.

  There are a lot of ways to study the material on of the options is to play games. Two options under this is scatter and space race. Scatter puts all the options on the page and you have to match the words. And it even times you so better do it as quick as possible.


And just like any web 2.0 tool the best way to find more about them is to actually play with them and try every option.
